An ICA student in pursuit of excellence understands that he/she is always striving to achieve a standard not previously accomplished by anyone in a particular field or area of culinary distinction. As we welcome all newly enrolled first-year students at the Institute of Culinary Arts, the emphasis will fall on learning how to never be complacent with mediocrity and constantly strive to become nothing but the BEST!
Next week marks registration week for eager new students at the ICA’s beautiful Banhoek campus just outside of Stellenbosch. Since its inception, ICA graduates have dominated the most prestigious South African culinary rankings and have made definitive marks internationally as well. It is therefore with great excitement and high expectations that we look forward to another successful year of training, moulding and shaping world-class chefs for an ever-evolving, but hugely rewarding, culinary career.
Graduating from the ICA – known locally and abroad for its intensive and thorough training – paired with consistent perseverance and hard work paves the road to the top.
