A SENSE OF TASTE WINTER SCHOOL

Culinary arts enthusiasts and high school learners joined the exciting ICA Winter School program on 18 and 19 July to learn more about cheffing as a career choice and what the ICA has to offer as SA’s BEST training facility for world-class chefs.

Learners were exposed to a fun morning in the cooking kitchen – they explored age-old artisan techniques and discovered modernist cooking wonders;  sharpened their culinary sensory skills and applied newly learnt cooking techniques under the expert guidance of ICA chef lecturers!
