It was an immense pleasure to welcome the wonderful production team from Kwêla, one of SA’s favourite lifestyle shows, to the ICA campus earlier this term. Together with proud ICA alumni such as Vickie de Beer (Rooi Rose), Herman Lensing (Sarie), Zola Nene (Expresso, SABC) and Johnny Hamman (Kokkedoor 2014) – to name but a few – Kwêla presenter André Weideman and ICA directors Kobus & Letitia Prinsloo commemorated 21 years of training excellence with a special celebratory lunch in the campus herb garden.

The beautiful insert, showcasing what the ICA stands for and its approach to training world-class chefs, was broadcast on Kyknet on Dstv Channel 144 during October.
