
Do you have a taste for fine pastries and cakes? This industry focused course offers an international culinary qualification with a diploma in Culinary Arts and Pātisserie. Once you have completed our full-time training and tuition at the ICA, you will have the fantastic opportunity of working with some of the finest chefs in the industry, from Margot Janse at Le Quartier Franēais to Reuben Riffel at Reuben's in Franschhoek. You will also have the option of receiving an additional Food and Beverage Service qualification by completing practical training at our bustling Apprentice restaurant, Stellenbosch.
