A highlight on the annual ICA curriculum calendar is most certainly the 3rd-year students’ Final Practical Examination.

A few students on the ICA 3-year programme were literally jumping for joy upon completion of this very important, final task! They have all worked extremely hard throughout their 3 years at the ICA, and will qualify with International as well as Cathsseta accredited qualifications in Advanced Cooking (Culinary Arts), Advanced Pâtisserie as well as their respective culinary specialization fields, whether it be Media Communication, New Product Development or Events Management.
