With the year speeding to an end, ICA has some 2020 year-end fun to share with all our current and prospective students, graduates, industry partners and followers!
Every Monday morning leading up to Christmas for the next four weeks, ICA Chef Lecturer, Anri Ferreira, will be chatting to popular radio personality, Amore Bekker on her program, alhoebekker. Chef Ferreira will be sharing interesting facts and feel-good stories about typical Christmas food traditions and how they came into existence. Of course, she will also share some topic-related recipes, taking traditional Christmas treats and giving them a uniquely South African twist…in true ICA style!
