Peter Tempelhoff serves as regional Relais & Châteaux member at World Culinary Council in Paris, France

One of ICA’s very first graduate, Greenhouse Restaurant chef Peter Tempelhoff, was invited to address his fellow council members at the 2018 Relais & Châteaux World Culinary Council in Paris, France.

Peter’s presentation was from an African and Indian Ocean perspective, but had a far more reaching global significance as it focused on finding a means to elevate and protect the planet’s unique ingredients and their bio-diversity.

Students at the ICA are taught to set bench-marks in the industry for others to follow.  Peter Tempelhoff remains an inspiration and mentor to current students who will continue to leave their mark in the industry after their studies, as he has done.
