Peter Tempelhoff serves as regional Relais & Châteaux member at World Culinary Council in Paris, France
One of ICA’s very first graduates, Executive Chef of The Collection by Liz McGrath (Greenhouse Restaurant) Peter Tempelhoff, was once again invited to address his fellow council members at the 2018 Relais & Châteaux World Culinary Council in Paris, France.
Peter’s presentation was from an African and Indian Ocean perspective, but had a far more reaching global significance as it focused on finding a means to elevate and protect the planet’s unique ingredients and their biodiversity.
Students at the ICA undergo intensive, holistic culinary tuition and graduate with a unique skill set to set benchmarks in the industry for others to follow. Peter Tempelhoff remains a constant inspiration and mentor to current ICA students who will continue to leave their mark in the industry after their studies – as he has done.
