Chef lecturer and ex-ICA student, Yolandé Schoeman was inducted on Monday, 22 November 2010 as the newest member of the Chaine des Rôtisseur. She has received the rank as Chef Rôtisseur which means, Chef in charge of kitchen. This stylish event was held at the Delaire Graff Estate in Banhoek.

Yolandé received a orange ribbon (meaning professional) with regalia.
