After obtaining her qualifications in South Africa, Chef Mitrovitch attended Baking and Confectionery courses at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York. With vast industry experience and working as previous head of cooking and baking at the ICA, Chef Mitrovitch now oversees the school’s practical training operating standards.
Carol Weideman – Chef Lecturer Pâtisserie

Carol obtained an Advanced Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts and a Diploma in Pâtisserie. She began her career working at Café Chameleon and later Winelands Caterers where she excelled in specialised nutritional diets. In 2007 she joined the ICA as a chef lecturer. She often graces audiences with her appearances on National Television.
Adelie Ludik - Chef Tournant
Adelie is a proudly ICA graduate, receiving her 3 Year ICA higher Diploma in Culinary Arts, Professional Cheffing & Pâtissere specializing in Product Development and worked at Lombardi Foods before joining the ICA. Adelie has completed successful placements at some of South Africa's top establishments.
