🌱 INDIGENOUS EATS This proudly South African r 🌱 INDIGENOUS EATS This proudly South African recipe for Rainbow salad with Kapokbos dressing and grilled halloumi was developed by ICA 3rd-year student Keletso Moshape, who specialises in New Product Development. It forms part of a collaboration with @stodelsnursery where we celebrate edible indigenous plants’ unique flavours and sustainability. The Eat Clean Movement, which is beginning to gain traction in the food market, served as a source of inspiration for the development of Keletso’s recipe. “Because of the flavour and robustness of the kapokbos (wild rosemary), I wanted to use this native plant in several ways to showcase its wonderful versatility,” said Keletso.
