ICA Head of Faculty, Merizle Mitrovich, recently attended the 2016 Hospitality Studies and Consumer Science Olympiad, hosted by the University of the Free State (UFS), as guest speaker and ICA spokesperson. Winning learners and teachers received various ICA bursaries.
Chef Mitrovich was highly commended for her outstanding subject knowledge and passion for pâtisserie presented at the conference address to all the subject teachers and experts at the event. We look forward to joining the panel once again in Bloemfontein in 2017.
