In the wake of the school’s two international gold medal Awards of Excellence from City & Guilds, principal and founder of South Africa’s best culinary training insitution, Letitia Prinsloo, was honoured with the Lannice Snyman Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2017 Eat Out Awards ceremony on Sunday 19 November in Cape Town.
