ICA OPEN DAY APRIL 2017
The ICA is renowned for hosting spectacular OPEN DAYS and the first glimpse into SA’s BEST chef school for 2017, held in April, was no exception. This year’s Open Day theme encompassed all things honey!
Visitors to the ICA were treated to a fascinatingly informative and detailed lecture on honey accompanied with a tasting to challenge the taste buds. Demonstrating how to perfectly prepare Fynbos-smoked Chicken Balontine and Honey Roasted Pear, ICA Chef Lecturers did what they do best and didn’t fail to impress!
Throughout the day, ICA Principal, Letitia Prinsloo, shared the ICA’s many accolades with guests and prospective applicants, providing all the necessary information for anyone interested in applying at the ICA, to make an informed decision.
The next ICA Open Day will be held on Saturday 2 September (LINK TO POSTER?) and bookings are already filling up fast. If you are thinking of a cheffing as a career choice, be sure to book your space now and visit SA’s top school for world-class chefs!
