JUDGING AT THE PRO ARTE INTERSCHOOLS CHEFS COMPETITION

For the past 6 years, the ICA have been actively involved as major sponsor as well as judging the Pro Arte Inter-schools Chefs Competition.

This year saw many talented Grade 10’s competing for the coveted title, already paving their future career paths in the culinary industry. ICA senior chef lecturer, Selwyn October (pictured right with two of the participants) and ICA assistant chef lecturer, San-Marie Kotze, were well impressed with the level of culinary creativity and flair.
